The rectus abdominis, or your six-pack muscles, are the primary muscles targeted when you perform crunches. These muscles run vertically along the front of your stomach.
The use of the ab crunch machine allows you to increase the resistance to strengthen the challenge of the specific exercise. The ab machine can raise your metabolism to aid in the fat-burning process.

The seat is specifically designed anatomically to support the spine and improve form. Smart pins to gradually increase the weight load integrated into the top of the weight stack which allows you to select an additional plate that is half the weight of those in the rest of the stack
