Below is a little information in plain English on the types of membership we offer.
NON CONTRACT MEMBERSHIPS
PEAK £22.00 per month (Administration Fee £22.00)
Full use of gym, sauna & classes during all opening hours
OFF PEAK £15.00 per month (Administration Fee £15.00)
*Access from 6:30am to 5:00 pm, 8:30pm to 10:00pm
Monday to Thursday, full access Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
£10 SPECIAL £10.00 per month (Administration Fee £10.00)
*Access from 9am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, full access
Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
All memberships are subject to an administration fee. The administration fee is payable
at the commencement of your membership subscription. You will never need to pay
another administration fee as long as you keep your membership current and do not
change the type of membership subscription.
You will be required to sign a direct debit/standing order mandate on the day.
Members who have taken advantage of a special offer are to be aware that should their
membership lapse or they wish to make changes to their membership, they will be
liable to pay an administration fee as per current pricing at the time of change.
Thirty days notice is required from your last payment to cancel your membership.
There are no additional fees payable for visiting the gym. (Sunbeds/Beauty
Treatments/Physiotherapy/Retail products are not included in membership and are
optional extras)
*Off Peak & Special Off Peak Members may not use the gym outside of these hours. ie.
If you select a Special Off Peak membership, you must please complete your gym and
any ablutions and vacate the facility by 5pm.
HOW DO I PAY FOR PEAK/OFF PEAK MEMBERSHIP?
This is a monthly fee payable by standing order, 30 days notice is required from your
last payment to cancel membership.
There are no additional fees payable for visiting the gym. (Sunbeds/Beauty
Treatments/Physiotherapy/Retail products are not included in membership and are
optional extras)
NO BANK ACCOUNT?
Should you not wish to have a monthly payment, you can pay for three or six months in
advance or take advantage of a discount offer for paying a year in advance.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Included in Peak Membership are all studio classes. All memberships include unlimited
use of the sauna and a free session/induction (approximately one hour in length) with a
personal trainer which results in a customised workout programme. Personal Training
is available thereafter at very competitive rates ensuring maximum results & success.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PEAK AND OFF PEAK MEMBERSHIP?
The only difference beside price between the three membership types is that Off Peak
excludes use of the gym Mon-Thur between the hours of 5:00pm – 8:30pm. (Weekends,
Friday included have no restrictions) £10 Special members can utilize the gym
between 9am - 4pm Monday to Thursday with all access Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Peak Membership has no restrictions at all.
WHERE CAN I LEAVE "MY STUFF"?
Lockers are provided in the changing rooms. They accept £1 which is returned to you
once the key is replaced in the lock.
ARE THERE SHOWERS?
Yes, there are showers in both ladies and gents changing rooms.
WANT TO TRY IT OUT FIRST?
A trial session (£4, valid once only) enables you to use the gym equipment whilst being
assisted by a gym instructor who will answer any questions you may have and write an
exercise programme for you. This should aid in assisting you with your decision. Upon
joining, the £4 fee is waived.
A Guest Day Pass allows one day of gym usage.
